Job Description:

Serve as solution specialist to design, execute and oversee provision of highest quality business solutions for business-critical applications for large healthcare payers and financial services organizations, ensuring SLAs, reliability, accuracy, flexibility, usability and high performance. Implement and support ORMB and OUAF Applications. Oversee and work with team of IT professionals to ensure client specific solutions are properly designed and delivered with highest quality and to client’s full satisfaction. Work closely with clients to understand solution needs and closely with internal/external vendors (including Oracle) to ensure proper solution architecture and delivery. Document functional, technical design specifications. Design and communicate solution architecture and execute product development. Provide engagement delivery services including contracted support, identifying additional support needs and developing/influencing/implementing new support proposals. Hands-on triaging of technical issues to evaluate and tune application performance issues by employing expert knowledge of ORMB and OUAF (Oracle Utilities Application Framework). API development and troubleshoot issues related to inbound and outbound application integrations such as SOAP/REST based IWS (Oracle Inbound Web Services), APIs through OSB (Oracle Service Bus), Oracle ICS (Integration Cloud Service), Apache Kafka, various other integration tools, JMS queues and File based transmissions. Ensure resiliency of production operations through standard scheduling, monitoring and ticketing tools such as CA, Control-M, TWS, Omegamon, T-MON, Service Now, and HPBAC. Monitor batch processes built on ORMB’s TPW (Thread Pool Worker) architecture. Design data model on Oracle relational database and provide performance-tuning recommendations using database indexing, partitioning and archival techniques on oracle relational database.

WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hrs/wk, M-F (9:00 am-5:00pm)

JOB REQUIREMENTS: 

Master’s degree or equivalent in Applied Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, or related plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in the job offered or 5 years of relevant professional experience as a Consultant, Computer Architect, Manager, or related. Related experience must include designing product architecture; designing/executing business solutions using ORMB; implementation/support of ORMB and OUAF; application performance evaluation and tuning; technical functional design documentation; API development; Relational Database (Oracle). Must have U.S. work authorization. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience will be considered.
