Experience 3 to 5 years

As a Front-End Developer with 3-4 years of experience, you will be a key member of our development team building digital products that will be used every day across the globe, delivering high quality and performance-efficient implementations based on modern front-end patterns. You will work closely with product and UX teams, receiving and inputting on designs and feasibility checks and bringing fresh ideas to continually improve on the product.

Responsibilities

• Developing UI components based on product requirements;
• Collaborate with backend developers and other team members to implement scalable and flexible UI components
• Actively taking part in complex problem solving, debugging and performance improvement sessions.
• Share your front-end expertise and knowledge with the team members
• Participate in code reviews and follow best practices
• Create technical documentation and maintain the knowledge repositories.
• Maintain active relationships with project stakeholders to understand business requirements.
• Strong analytical skills and high aptitude to learn and adapt to new process.

Qualification/ Requirements

• 3-4 years of commercial experience as a Front-End Developer
• Proficiency in HTML5 and CSS
• Have experience with JS (ES6) and libraries
• Strong knowledge in React.js, Redux.
• Have the ability/skills to build reusable code and libraries for future use
• Have experience of building user interfaces on top of RESTful APIs
• Experience with building responsive sites for desktop, tablet and mobile.
• Experience of working in the financial (and preferably the payments) industry.
• Experience working for a cloud-based organisation.

BSc/ B-Tech in computer science, engineering or relevant field; MSc/ M-Tech will be preferred.
