Experience: 8-10 years’ experience
Seeking an innovative solution architect with 8-10 years’ experience in Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) application.
- The candidate will work in the Corporate Systems billing team and architect/build the ORMB solution for replacing legacy solutions.
- Provide technology development leadership with ORMB and homegrown billing systems that support financial operations.
- Translate business requirements and conceptual approach into technical design.
- Analyze customer's business needs to help ensure the solution meets the customer’s objectives by combining industry best practices, Product Knowledge and business acumen.
- Exercises judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques to deliver functional and technical solutions on non-routine and very complex aspects of applications and technology installations.
- Provides direction and mentoring to project teams, and effectively influences customer leadership on key decisions. Supports business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions.
- Collaborates with the consulting sales team by providing domain expertise. Resolves complex customer issues by recommending and implementing solutions.
- Demonstrates expertise in multiple business processes across two or more product families or the ability to architect and design technology solutions encompassing multiple products and make decisions based on impact across the stack.
- Leads the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget.
- Ability to architect and design large scale, high availability applications using microservice architecture.
Requirement:
Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or equivalent for 4 years
- Experience in Solution Architecture, Gathering client requirements, and hosting presentations
- 8 years plus experience in Business solutions and architecture.
- Manage teams of developers spread globally
- Strong leadership skills to indirectly manage across functional teams toward common solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to explain and document the Enterprise Information Architecture to diverse audiences (technical, business, etc).
- Highly self-directed and able to manage and prioritize multiple concurrent and competing challenges, issues, ambiguities, and contradictions.
- Demonstrated team player with results-oriented track record.
