Job Description:

Lead efforts in consulting, designing, implementing, and executing Oracle applications-based business solutions for multiple clients in various industries including Insurance, HealthCare, Payment & Cards Processing and Financial Services across common business areas such as Customer Management, Transaction Feed Management (TFM), Pricing Billing, Accounting, Payments Processing, Collections using Oracle Revenue Management and Billing Application (ORMB), Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B), Oracle Fusion, EBS and other custom applications. Analyze client requirements, perform fit gap analysis and propose solutions to meet client requirements in Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) and Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) applications. Oversee requirements gathering and analysis for billing applications. Analyze solutions to optimize client revenue and prevent revenue leakage by designing efficient Billing and Accrual models using ORMB, CC&B, etc. Design, execute, and implement business solutions (functional and technical designs) using ORMB, TFM and Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF) for client business areas including transaction processing, billing, invoicing, payments, collections, and accounting. Design and develop integrations and interfaces to create efficient data flow between business systems (e.g. Integration between CRM (Client Relationship Management) and Billing System) using SOA (Service Oriented Architecture)/Web services standards. Involved in leading design, testing and release management for effective deployment of RICE (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions and Extensions) components in ORMB, CC&B, Oracle Fusion and EBS applications. Advise clients on formulating reporting strategy, define and design various Operational and Management reports, and create functional and technical specifications for reports. Partner with program management teams to build an efficient resource plan to meet client deliverables as part of Software Development Life Cycle. 

WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hrs/wk, M-F (9:00 am-5:00pm)

JOB REQUIREMENTS: 

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Management, Engineering (any), or related plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in the job offered or 5 years of relevant professional experience as a Senior Manager, Manager, Consultant or related. Related experience must include designing/executing business solutions using ORMB and TFM; implementation/design/development using OUAF; Fusion; EBS; CC&B; requirements gathering & analysis for billing applications across payments/finance/insurance industries; design/test/deploy using RICE. Travel to unanticipated client sites throughout U.S. Must have U.S. worth authorization. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience will be considered.
